These Services are intended for entertainment purposes only and should not be used for predictive, advisory, or professional decision-making purposes, including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, or personal matters.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AstroVachmi, you confirm and agree that:

- Unauthorized use of AstroVachmis’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
5. Account Creation and Responsibilities
To access certain features, you are required to create an account. By doing so, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
6. Payment Terms, Credit System & Marketplace
- Credit System: Certain features are accessed via "Credits" (formerly referred to as Wallet balance). These represent a Closed System Prepaid Instrument as defined by RBI. They are issued solely for purchasing services offered on Vachmi-owned platforms, are non-transferable, and do not permit cash withdrawals or third-party payments.
- Marketplace & Aggregator Role: AstroVachmi acts as an intermediary marketplace connecting users with third-party service providers, including independent astrologers and priests (Pandits). Vachmi Technologies does not directly provide these third-party services and is not liable for the accuracy, quality, or conduct of such independent providers.
- Payments & Refunds: All payments for credits or services must be made in advance. Payments are converted to Credits (e.g., 1 Credit = INR 1) and are valid for 12 months. Any refund of unutilized money will be processed back only to the original source of payment (Bank/UPI/Card).
- Third-Party Processors: Transactions are handled by secure third-party gateways. We are not liable for technical issues, failures, or data breaches arising from these providers.
7. Data Collection and Use
By using our Services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Data is used to provide personalized content and improve the quality of our Services.
- Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
- Although we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is entirely secure, and you use the Services at your own risk.

AstroVachmi’s Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” with no guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or completeness. Vachmi Technologies disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vachmi Technologies and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Losses related to financial, legal, or medical decisions influenced by AstroVachmi content.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vachmi Technologies is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of this jurisdiction.
11. Modifications to Terms
Vachmi Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the AstroVachmi platform. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
